Steps to book your test on Care Access Site -
0). Choose your testing site based on your nearest location.
1). Click on 'I am ready' at the top right side of care access webpage.
2). Enter your Age, Height and Weight
3). Provide basic med-history based on your Lipid profile (point and click)
4). Enter your Name, Address, Telephone and email.
5). If you are more than 1 participants then click above link separately each time and use a separate email id's and separate telephone numbers
6). Select your testing time and submit.
